Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Indian Ink Stationery website (the “Site” or "Service").  These Terms create a binding agreement between you and Indian Ink Stationery (“we” or “us”), and the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.  If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site.




If you wish to purchase any of our products or services made available through the Site (a "Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.  To learn more about what we do with this information (besides create your invitations, of course), please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein.

A Purchase is made by placing a deposit down on the site. During this process, you will also fill out a questionnaire with the pertinent information for me to create the invitation. Once we create the invitation, you will receive a digital pdf proof. You get up to 3 revisions included in the price. Once the proof has been approved, you will get a final invoice and the design.

For each product or service you order from the Site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales tax, surcharges and/or delivery fees that may be applicable) at the time you submitted the order.

If you wish to cancel a Purchase, we offer fully refunded cancellations of a Purchase within 24 hours of the time you place your deposit. After this 24 hours, there is a 25% cancellation fee that you will incur. Cancellations are only available up to the time of receiving proofs.  Once the final proof is approved, we are not responsible for any errors.

The Service and its original content, products, designs, arrangement, typography, features and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Indian Ink Stationery. Indian Ink Stationery’s intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from us.


We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


In no event shall Indian Ink Stationery (or any of its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service, or your inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third-party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access or use of your content, data, or transmissions, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of it you have been informed of the possibility of any such damage.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis to the fullest extent permissible by law. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will function uninterrupted or be available at all times, nor that the Site will be free from any errors or defects.  We also do not warrant that the results of the Service will meet your requirements. In the event of any breach of any warranty, your exclusive remedy will be that we, in our sole discretion, shall repair, replace, or refund the price you paid for any defective goods.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Indian Ink Stationery (or any of its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and/or expenses (including attorney's fees), resulting from your access to and use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.


We reserve the right to change or update information, including products and services available, and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and without prior notice. 

Any revision of these Terms will be notified to you via the effective date written above as “Last Updated.” It is your responsibility to ensure you have read the latest version of the Terms.  By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions of these Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.


These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements whether written or oral.

Headings are for reference purposes only and do not define the scope of such provision.  Our failure to enforce any provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
