We aim to create an easy and worry free process for your wedding invitation needs.

Our customer service is available to you throughout the process and we're happy to answer all questions you may have along the way

The following are some specific policies we have regarding commonly incurred questions and problems. Please take your time to review them and remember that we understand that every situation is unique and we are more than happy to discuss any issue you may have along the way.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES


Sample Orders

Domestic orders: Shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days).

International orders: Shipped via USPS First Class Mail (10 to 15 business days)

Samples ship out within 2 business days of ordering.

Stationery Orders

Domestic orders: Full stationery orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) unless another delivery method is requested. Please note a signature will be required at time of delivery. UPS shipping available upon request for domestic orders.

International orders: Full stationery orders ship out via UPS worldwide shipping (3-6 business days) and is time definite. Please note a signature will be required at time of delivery

We will send a shipping notification at time of shipment for sample and stationery orders.

Shipping Costs

Samples: We provide free shipping on all samples orders of up to 2 samples. There will be a flat shipping fee of $5.00 for more than 2 samples.

Stationery orders: For all domestic stationery orders, you will be charged a flat shipping rate of $25 when shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Express and overnight shipping are available for an additional cost or when UPS shipping is requested.

For international orders, shipping is calculated based on weight and country via UPS.

Expedited shipping is available on request and will be an additional charge.

Insurance

Included with your shipment is up to $100 of insurance for stationery orders. If your order is valued above $100 and you wish to include insurance on the full amount, you must inform us prior to placing your order in the questionnaire. Additional fees will apply.

Duties and Taxes on International Shipments

It is a common practice to charge tax and duties on international shipments. The buyer bears responsibility for all taxes, duties and other charges incurred on shipments to their home country. It is the buyers responsibility to understand their home countries policies regarding this prior to placing an order - failure to do so may delay receiving your items due to the possible brokerage, taxes, and delivery dues required by customs as these fees are not inclusive in your shipping costs and are charged on delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand this policy as we are not culpable for any delays caused by this.

 

 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES


 Cancellations

We understand that cancellations are sometimes needed. We offer fully refunded cancellations of all orders within 24 hours of the time your place your deposit. After this time, there is a 25% cancellation fee that you will incur. Cancellations are only available up to the time of receiving proofs. At that point, no further refunds will be issued. We apologize in advance for this, but due to the level of our commitment to bring you your personalized items as soon as possible, we are at that point expending our resources and cannot refund once we have done this.

Returns

It is the customers’ responsibility to thoroughly inspect the proofs of their invitation - If there are any errors noted, this must be brought to our attention prior the final order going to printing. There will be no refunds issued once the customer has approved the proof for final print. If a re-print is needed due to an error on the customers end, I will offer discount for subsequent order, however we cannot refund the original one purchased.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges in any format.

Damaged Goods

We strive to achieve the highest quality and satisfaction from our customers. As such, every order is inspected thoroughly and meticulously to ensure that they are perfect. Each item is packaged with a great deal of care to prevent damage that may take place during shipping to your destination. Despite our best efforts, damages may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for this, and efforts to recoup losses must be directed at the shipping company that is responsible for damages. We recommend that you purchase insurance for all shipments

 

 PRODUCTION TIMES


At the time we receive confirmation from you that the proofs are up to your expectations and final payment is received, please allow us up to 3-4 weeks for printing, and proper preparation for shipment of your items. Several factors can affect processing times such as current demand, quantity ordered, envelope printing, custom wax seals, etc.

If there are any issues on our end (printing or processing delays) you will be notified of this.  We recommend starting the process 5-6 months in advance from your wedding date. Wedding invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU


We expect you to thoroughly check all spellings of names, locations, events, etc. We suggest checking, double checking and even having someone else check with you to make sure that there are no errors. We cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or incorrect words/phrases once we have received the final approval from you. At the time of final approval and payment, we will be under the assumption that there are no errors present.

 

TYPOS & ERROR ON PRINTED PRODUCTS


Once again, once the final proof has been approved we are not responsible for any errors or misspellings. Please make sure to check thoroughly prior to approving them. We can, of course, reprint but this will come at a cost to you.

 

COLOR DISCREPANCIES


Sometimes the color you are looking at may vary somewhat between screens on devices. The way it appears on a smartphone may appear different from a laptop or desktop screen. Ordering a sample will help give you a better idea of the proper color that you will receive. Once you have agreed upon a color, we can accept this as a reason for return. If you are not satisfied with the color chosen, we will work with you to help alleviate this problem and offer discounts on items you want reprinted in another chosen color.
